After many unsuccessful calls to treadmill stores (who would not help me move the machine since I had not purchased it from them), I called up these kind folks (fitness equipment movers) and spoke with Graham and he expeditiously sent out his team of gentlemen who diligently brought the heavy treadmill and installed it in my home. The team had all their tools and equipment ready (no running back and forth "to the truck", very careful not to damage anything as well as testing the unit before leaving. A very nice touch was the team had "inside shoes" so they did not walk their winter boots all over our floor. I would also like to point out that when the team left, it was like they were never there. Would recommend to my friends.
